Improved on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery by utilizing weight, temperature, and color sensors.

After reviewing the Delivery and Reception products process, we identified high-value items, which are primarily measured by OTD. By adding sensors, we improved our ability to measure and achieve better OTIF.

Al improved the existing Sensors and Process by identifying high-value products to monitor, gathering their specs (size, weight, color, temperature), and generating delivery alerts for incomplete pallets/boxes.
