Fast RPF and Customer Requests Answering

In a safe and compliant environment, 45% of customer RFPs and proposals were auto-generated, resulting in a reduction of over 70% in the time and effort required to respond.

A team of 12 people was responsible for pre-sales activities, specifically writing proposals to respond to RFPs and client requests. We identified an opportunity to reduce response time and secure more new business by analyzing the last 24 months of proposals and generating automatic proposals using Al. As a result, only 4 team members were needed to review the same volume of proposals. The rest ofthe team was able to focus on training the Al and increasing sales.

In this case, Al successfully increased revenues by leveraging
the same team to cquire more clients and opportunities.
